These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (the "Terms") set out the terms and conditions under which NURSERY AND CHILDCARE RATINGS LTD (hereinafter referred to as "nursib.com", "we", "us", or "our") offers its products for sale through the website nursib.com, and define the respective rights and obligations of the parties.
By placing an order on the website, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.
Article 2 – Products
nursib.com offers a range of products for babies and young children, including nursery products, accessories, clothing, equipment, and infant care items.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. However, nursib.com shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions that may appear in the product information.
Article 3 – Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT where applicable). Delivery charges are not included in the product price and will be displayed before the customer confirms the order.
nursib.com reserves the right to amend its prices at any time. However, the price applicable to the customer shall be the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
Article 4 – Orders
Customers may select the products they wish to purchase, add them to their shopping basket, and confirm their order after reviewing its contents.
An order becomes binding only once payment has been successfully authorised and confirmed.
A confirmation email summarising the order will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online at the time of placing the order using a debit or credit card or any other payment method offered on the website.

The customer's payment method will be charged when the order is confirmed.

nursib.com will make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timescales. However, delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to cancel their purchase within the applicable statutory period and return products that are unsuitable.
