Delivery Areas

nursib.com delivers your orders to the address you provide during checkout. The available delivery areas are specified during the ordering process, prior to final confirmation.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been validated and payment confirmed, it is prepared and dispatched as quickly as possible. Delivery takes 4 to 7 working days from the confirmation of your order, depending on your location. A dispatch confirmation email, including tracking information where available, will be sent to you as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

Order Tracking

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your order until it is delivered.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

In the event of a damaged, incomplete, or unreceived parcel within the stated timeframe, please contact our customer services as soon as possible at contact@nursib.com. Please include your order number so that we can process your request promptly.

Please carefully check the delivery address entered when placing your order. If an error is reported after dispatch, nursib.com cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays or non-delivery.
