Right to Cancel

In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

You will not incur any penalty for exercising this right, although you may be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

• Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

• For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain products (including baby care items that come into direct contact with the skin or products supplied with a hygiene seal) cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal or packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty or not as described.

How to Return an Item

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@nursib.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or has been supplied in error by nursib.com, the cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, nursib.com will process your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

Original delivery charges will only be refunded where the return is due to our error or because the product is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible at contact@nursib.com.

Depending on the circumstances, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless they are faulty or not as described, the following items cannot be returned:

• Products unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Personalised or customised products.

• Products manufactured or made to the customer's specific requirements.
